My name is Saskia Pennekamp. I am married to Walter and mother of Ian, Nienke and Olav. After my masters in Communication, I worked as an account manager for a couple of years. In 2001 Ian was born. From the moment of being pregnant, the dilemma of how to combine work ambitions and being a mom began to play in my life. I chose to get myself a coach to find out in what way I wanted to create my life. This process lit a fire within me to be a coach myself. In that same period I lost my dad, to whom I was very close, to cancer. Since he died so young at 54, it made me realize even more that life is too short to waste on things that do not really matter to me. So I quit my job and completed many courses in the area of being a coach with in the end a masters-degree in coaching and officially being registered and certified as a coach by Stichting Coach, the Dutch Coach Federation. And still, every day, I learn and am eager to develop myself. To me coaching is a life long learning proces. |

My name is Bregje Bressers. Born in 1971. I live together with Mark and our three children, Marlou, Chiel en Rubi. Our house lies in a small village, between Amsterdam and Utrecht and has a view on the fields. Important values t me are authentic communication and self expression. My passion is to coach people to bring in trust in fulfilling their visions. Often that requires to have the conversations with them that they (unconsciously) avoid themselves. To be able to add value to the process in which the coachee creates the live he or she is really inspired by, that gives me fulfillment. Many years ago I struggled with a severe eating disorder, during that time I experienced how hard life can be when it becomes all about 'in order to'. I was very fortunate to be able to break through this destructive pattern. I became aware that I can choose who I want to be and that circumstances or other people do not control how I feel. |

My name is Walter. Born in 1964. "Inspire people to achieve the extraordinary." That is my passion. I'm married to Sas and father of four children (FemkeU, Ian, Nienke, Olav). Since 1971 I'm at the gym and since 1977 also running. The mountains form since 1982 a prominent place in my life. First to be climbing, then guiding people through the fields (mountain guide), and I completed a lot (residential) mountain races with and without compass and backpack. Since last year I supervise the weekly training of Moving Mountains Team on Sunday morning. People who do not or barely ran and after 3 months easily run 2 hours in a row. That to me is inspiring, to support people to move mountains, not only for themselves but also for another.
