To us coaching is freeing someone's full potential in order for the person to excel. Coaching is all about movement. About getting into action. It takes courage to really self-reflect. To dare to be responsible and accountable for who you are. It usually is so much easier to look the other way or point a finger at something or someone else! An insight that you get in a coach conversation has in our opinion only value to the extent that you are capable of doing something with it. Only when you take the insight into action, new results are possible and area's in which you are stuck have a possibility to come 'alive' again. Coaching is no therapy, education, consultancy or advise. Coaching to us is the experience of a few truly valuable aspects: self-awareness, self-power, (personal) leadership, growth, being in action, being in communication, being responsible, being accountable, reflection, development, focus, vitality and a life long learning process. |
